Returns & Exchanges

Asana Activewear strives to provide superior customer service and a quality shopping experience for our customers. We realize that online purchases are not always what you expect when you receive them.

We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of your purchase for items that are unworn and have all original packaging and tags intact.

 

All merchandise must meet these guidelines or it will be shipped back at the customer’s expense:

  • All merchandise must be unworn. Any items returned with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while in possession of the customer will prohibit your return. We can only accept returns that are in a resalable condition.
  • Your return should contain the undamaged original packaging and tags plus any accessories or extras that may have been included with the shipment.
  • The return is valid up to 30 days after the purchase date listed on your invoice.

 

Return Authorization
We do not require any return numbers or RMA's. Just package it so that it arrives in "like-new" condition and include a copy of the receipt with your name and we will process the return. Please include your contact info to mitigate potential delays.


Return Shipping
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for your package until it is signed for by our staff. We HIGHLY recommend you insure your package... ESPECIALLY if you decide to return it via a method that cannot be tracked. We cannot help track packages until they arrive and have been signed by us.  We also cannot accept COD returns.

How Long Do Returns Take?
Once we receive your package, our policy is to complete your return transaction the day it arrives. We process returns Monday - Friday. Returns received on Saturdays or Holidays will be processed the following business day.

After we have issued your return, please allow 48 hours for your bank to return the funds to your account. It can take a full credit card cycle before the return appears on your statement.

 

Exchanges
If you receive an item with which you are unsatisfied and would like to exchange the item for a different one, we recommend that you place a new order for the desired item and return the original merchandise to us.  We will credit your card as soon as the returned item arrives.

 

If you would prefer to not have a double charge on your account, please write the "Style Number" (found immediately below the main product image) and the color and size of the item for which you wish to exchange on the invoice included with your return.

 

Because of the time involved in shipping and processing your return, we recommend the first option to ensure the item you want is available. Exchanges are under the same guidelines as returns – they must be within 30 days of the purchase date, unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by all original packaging and tags.

 

Defective Merchandise
In the event that you receive defective merchandise, you must contact us within 15 days of your purchase. Please contact our customer service representatives by phone or email. Please note that if the item has been worn, then we can only issue a gift certificate in the amount of the purchase price of the item. Make note of all defects on the invoice when sending the defective merchandise to us so our customer support team can be aware of all damages.

 

Incorrect Merchandise or Items You Didn't Order
Please contact us immediately if you have received an incorrect item in a shipment, or items were delivered to you (or to your home) that you didn't order so that we may correct the problem.

 

Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and need to return it, please follow the guidelines and instructions above for making a return or exchange. The gift purchaser will be refunded the amount of the returned items.

Shipping

Asana Activewear provides 3-Day Shipping for only $5.00 on all orders!

 

3-Day shipping only applies to orders in the lower 48 states.  Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is a flat-rate of $10.00.  If you wish to have your order shipped to an APO or PO Box, we will send your order via USPS Priority Mail.

 

If you need to have your order expedited, we offer simplified pricing on FedEx 2nd Day Air based on order amount.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number through email so that you can track the status of your shipment on the FedEx website. If you have not received a tracking number and your order status is complete, please login to your account and check your account history order details.  Shipments to an APO or P.O. Box will not be provided a tracking number.

 

Delivery
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being received Monday - Friday.  Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.  Typical delivery time for FedEx Ground is 3 - 7 business days.

 

A Note on Delays
There are times when FedEx will incur delays due to weather, equipment failure or other unforeseen issues.  Unfortunately these are beyond our control.  Please also consider that inconsistencies in your order (such as billing and shipping addresses that differ) or changes to your order may cause delays to the shipment.  To mitigate delays, please enter a valid phone number in your account.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
Asana Activewear and its affiliated companies ("Us," "Our" or "We") does not sell, trade, or in any way exchange your personal information to any third party. Any data we collect is strictly to help you complete a current or future transaction(s) or for our use in analyzing sales trends in an aggregated fashion. We may exchange data with unaffiliated third parties, but only in an aggregated manner and never personal information.


EMAIL
Our website(s) offer several opportunities for visitors to register for promotional and informational mailings. These registration forms may be linked to unaffiliated third party mailing services. We use this contact information to send users information about our company and its products and services if requested or necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time via an unsubscribe link included at the bottom of all of our emails.  When we send you emails, we may include a single-pixel GIF file to allow us to determine the number of people who open our emails. When you click on a link in an email, we record this individual response to allow us to customize our offerings to you.

 

SHARING and USAGE
We will never share, sell, or rent your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their promotional use.

 

We may enter into contracts with unaffiliated third parties to assist us in servicing you (for example, providing customer service). The contracts will prohibit them from using any of your personal information for any purpose other than what has been exactly prescribed by Us, and they will be required to maintain the confidentiality of the information we provide to them. We may also disclose information to partners who introduced you to Us in order to ensure they are properly compensated for their efforts. Lastly, we may disclose or report personal information in limited circumstances where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required under the law. For example, we may be required to disclose personal information to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities, to comply with a legal process such as court order, subpoena, search warrant, or law enforcement request.  We may use IP addresses to determine and diagnose any problems in transactions or determine possible network problems. We do store the IP address of each person who chooses to make a transaction strictly for the protection of credit card holders. We do not in any way share any of this information.

We also use "Cookies"; a piece of information that our websites provide to your browser when you visit any of Our websites. Cookies allow us to verify the login status of shoppers, track point of entry and monitor for completed transactions for those users participating in our affiliate signup programs, and to track and measure the success of a particular marketing campaign. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders which may inadvertently state an error or omission in pricing.
