A race of Olympic proportions!

I completed my first Olympic triathlon this weekend at Lake Logan. The course was just west of Pisgah National Forest, so the terrain was beautiful but by no means flat! Thanks to high fives from my girls, I was able to power through the 200 foot climb over the first 3 miles of the run!
