This morning Leigh Hawkins of Certified Fitness Systems evaluated my body kinetics and range of motion. Leigh uses his knowledge of and experience in muscular anatomy and physiology to determine his clients' 'weakest link' ... places in the body that restrict range of movement, limiting the body's full potential and increasing the risk of injury. No surprise, but I discovered that I have a few notable 'weak links' that need some work ... let's get started!
