Red Stone Yoga and Dolly Stavros offer Yoga Alliance® registered Power Vinyasa Teacher Trainings, yoga and meditation workshops and retreats throughout North America and Internationally. Unique and progressive instruction is based upon the principles of the ancient teachings, and aligned with modern disciplines.
Red Stone Yoga is where yoga and meditation are more than programs: They’re a way of life!
Dolly has spent the past 17 years rolling out her mat, expanding her personal practice. She has studied with Baron Baptiste, Ana Forrest, Cyndi Lee, Stephanie Keach, Twee Merrigan, Desiree Rumbaugh and Jon Kabat-Zinn. Dolly is certified by The Yoga Alliance® as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher.
Dolly's goal is for the yogic practice to become the foundation for an off-the-mat style of living, and an awakening of Spirit within each of us
Rhythmic Vinyasa Yoga
Dolly teaches an eclectic form of Rhythmic Vinyasa Yoga, which combines flowing sequences of asanas with guided breathwork and deep stretching. Free-form movement is woven into asana, giving practitioners the opportunity to make each posture uniquely their own. Through this innovative rhythmic expression, the yoga practice becomes a rich and diverse experience of meditative movement.
Adding fluid movement to ancient asanas enhances the natural, harmonic energies between body and mind, and creates a richly intense and invigorating practice. The result is an integration of the body's muscular power with its emotional core, establishing balance between strength and surrender, effort and ease.

February 7, 2008 - 8:24 amDolly, It isn't what I have learned from you and what you will forever mean to me on my personal journey that makes you special. It is what YOU represent to the community and those you touch. It is what any being can witness with your presence of true self and authenticity that makes you shine. Namaste Aminta

February 5, 2008 - 10:49 amYou have solidified the wishy washy mush in my heart, creating a foundation for my spirit to root and spread its branches into the unknown. You have also touched the lives of those around me, yet you have never met them. You truly are a GURU! My goal for the rest of my life is to attempt to awaken the spirits of others and strengthen them as you have mine. You are such a beautiful being!

I walked away from her training program with more than just a certificate to teach yoga- I walked away with an open mind and heart as well as the confidence to be myself. Thank you, Dolly! Oh, and I know you're humble and all,and most likely blushing from all the attention- but You belong in the spotlight!! You Rock!! ;)
