Leonard Wheeler, is a former Carolina Panther and Owner of Wheeler Enterprises, a Personal Effectiveness & Corporate Coaching company, which focuses on creating leadership qualities for individuals & businesses through applied Axiology. Clients include: National Gypsum, Davis Capital Group, Home Owners Club of America Franchise Owners, Brady Distribution, EQ Mentor, The Corporate Playbook, Premier Financial Solutions, The Stanford Group and Capital One. You will also find Leonard contributing his great talent and services as an Athletic Conditioning Instructor at the Harris, Morrison and Siskey YMCAs.
After a successful NFL career (1992-2001) playing for the Cincinnati Bengals, Minnesota Vikings and Carolina Panthers, Leonard started the speaking circuit for various businesses, colleges and churches. This led him to get involved with a range of ministries, including: FCA, AIA, CAUSE, PAO and even the Word Network, as well as the first gospel concert ever sanction by the NFL on BET. Leonard serves as a board of director for the “Youth Commission International” that reaches out to 132 cities in 32 states to better educate our youth and serves on the Board for 2Xsalt Ministries in Charlotte, NC, along with Hall of Fame NBA greats, David Thompson and Bobby Jones.
